To date, YRMS has provided skill-based training programmes to approximately 3,000 youths, of both genders and from all walks of life.  The foundation keeps tab of their development through the “Tracer Study” programme.  All youths who have been sponsored by YRMS in taking up skills training courses were given YRMS’ Alumni cards.  All the youths who had been trained under the sponsorship of YRMS have subsequently obtained jobs and several of them have successfully started their own business.

Among the courses offered are Tailoring, Air-Conditioning Maintenance and Repair, Automotive Maintenance, Culinary Arts (Kitchen Practice and Bakery), Beauty Culture, Hairdressing, Electrical Wiring, Landscape Design, Information Technology and Communication (ICT) and Maintenance of Boiler Systems.
